This is what you need to bring to your leasing appointment:
1. Deposit Check (one check) for the apartment you choose.
2. Lease Guaranty Form. This form
must be signed and notarized and we need the original copy.
3. Guarantor Application. The guarantor must fill out a separate application for
residency.
4. Guaranty Selection Criteria. This form must be signed by the
guarantor.
5. Parking Down payment. You must pay a $250.00 down payment for parking if you
want to reserve parking when you sign your lease. Parking is limited. This will need to
be a separate check.
6. Application/Administrative Fees: Please come prepared to pay the application fee of
$50.00 per person, including the guarantor. In addition there is an administrative fee of $150.00
per lease signing. These must be paid via personal check. We do not accept cash or credit card
payments in the office. These fees must be paid in advance at the lease signing appointment.
7. Picture I.D.
8. Your security deposit (one check) and all applicable payment for fees.
