Service
I
am excited to announce that we will now be offering a maid service
(housecleaning) here at Smallwood.
This service being offered through our office will make it
easy, convenient and affordable for our residents to have a
professional maid service in to do housecleaning.
The cost of this service will be $100.00 for each standard
cleaning. A standard
thorough cleaning of an apartment at Smallwood would include washing
of interior windows, vacuuming, picking up of clothes, trash, bathroom
cleanings, dusting, etc. A
standard cleaning will take approximately three (3) hours.
Anything over the standard would be billed at $25.00 per hour
rate.
It is easy to sign up for this maid service/housecleaning.
Basically, just fill out the
attached
form that tells us how often you want it done, what day you would
like them to come and we do the rest.
We will set it up with the service and bill your account for
the charge.
We hope you will take advantage of this convenient amenity at

one way we can make your life simple and give you the excellent
customer service you will become accustomed to.
