Information about parking leases and fees
Parking is done on a first-come, first-served basis starting with our renewal process. Two bedrooms
are allotted one spot, while 3 and 4 bedrooms are allotted two spots. We also have offsite parking that
can be reserved.
Parking fee: $900.00 annually, from 9-1-2010 to 7-31-2011.
All parking license agreements are separate from the lease agreements and are not
transferable.
You must be a resident of Smallwood Plaza to park in Smallwood or our off-site allotted
parking. If you move out prior to your lease end date, your parking license expires upon
vacating your residential unit in Smallwood Plaza.
If you have reserved parking in Smallwood Plaza, your access to the garage is on the same
key as your unit/room key. You must swipe in and out of the gate each time you enter or exit
the garage. You must swipe even if the gate is down or being repaired. It is a violation of
your parking license agreement to swipe in or out any vehicle, other than the one that is
registered at Smallwood Plaza on your lease agreement.
If parking is not reserved during renewal or at your lease signing, you will no longer fall under
the allotment we have set in place. Parking is paid for annually and you must sign a parking
license agreement that is separate from your lease agreement. Parking is non-transferrable.
Parking spots cannot be shared by roommates.
