Security Deposit Refund Statement Disputes

 

If you are disputing your security deposit refund                 statement:

 

· Denise Haggard, Property Manager, must receive this dispute IN WRITING, FROM THE RESIDENT, via U.S. mail or by dropping the dispute off at the front               office, within 30 days of receiving the statement.

· Disputes from third parties who are not on the lease agreement  or email disputes will not be accepted.

· The Property Manager will personally reply to these   disputes within 30 days of receipt.

· Any requests for copies of the invoices or other                       information in the files needs to be in the form of a                 dispute or request for information sent directly to the property manager. She will return this information to you with her reply to the dispute.
